It's Finally starting to feel like spring is coming to NYC after a hard winter. Every time it's over 30 degree's i feel the need to wear a dress or skirt. I've been very occupied recently but here is an OOTD from this past week... I was on my way out the door and took a few Snaps

I put this outfit on after I saw the new American Apparel collection collab with Artist Nathalie Di Pasquier. I was excited with the patterns and colors she mixed. I wore a green bow and burnt orange tights with my black and white vintage shift dress.
